Cucumber dressing and parsley oil.
Lemon Pepper Calamari & Tempura Prawns
Aioli and lemon.
Caprese Bruschetta
Crispy baguette with tomato, red onion and basil, finished with extra-virgin olive oil.

Mains choose one per guest

Pan-Seared Barramundi
Blistered cherry tomatoes, chat potatoes, fresh pesto, lemon butter sauce and herb oil.
Risotto al Ragù
Creamy mushroom risotto finished with slow-cooked wagyu beef ragù.
Garlic Butter Chicken Kiev
Crumbed and baked, served with pea purée and roasted vegetables.

Dessert

Dessert Trio
Crème brûlée, tiramisu and cannoli.

The special menu is offered alongside standard à la carte for Melbourne Cup lunch only. Lunch offers a choice of arrival times; there is no fixed sitting.

Children can choose from the normal in-house children’s à la carte menu, separate from the special menu.
